Problem: Dashboard was outdated, menu options were redundant and dysfunctional, broken links and pages no longer needed were crowding the site and overwhelming users

4. Low-Fidelity Wire frame Creation within Balsamiq Studios
5. User Interviews and testing

Business Benefit: Users were able to complete tasks, error tickets were reduced, users were no longer overwhelmed to use the website and were pleased with the modern layout/design/color
