Background: IT director requested a directory solely for senior managers that will showcase an interactive organization chart and employees by location, job code and employee type
Project Type: Design
User Types: IT director & senior managers
Problem: No directories were available that fit requirements
Time Constraint: 1 month deadline
Process:
1. Initial meeting with stakeholders to obtain project problem and requirements
2.Kick-Off with stakeholders to present UX plan and process
3. Mid-fidelity prototyping within Balsamiq Studios
4. User testing
5. Implementing prototype adjustments
Solution: An interactive prototype that allows managers to view personnel and message one another by location and job code
Business Benefit: The final result allowed users to view and communicate with specific teammates and view shared personnel effectively.
