Client: Warehousing facilities utilizing a white board to track inbound/outbound deliveries on dry-erase board
Brief: Study to obtain feedback on new proposed dashboard for tracking inbound & outbound deliveries. The goal of this study is to gain site specific feedback such as who utilizes the information within the dash, specific site visibility needs, and replace an outdated way of inbound/outbound orders.

What feature on the dock dashboard do you find most helpful?
How has the dashboard improved your SOW?
What are your current pain points?
Does the dashboard keep you updated with necessary information in real time? What are some examples?
Is all of the data available at your site?
Is there any data you believe would be useful to see on this dashboard? Why?
Are you using anything to supplement the dash that would be helpful to incorporate into it?
Is there anything the team would ideally adjust or even swap out?
Do you use VPN for this tool? Have you had any issues getting data to populate?

Usability Testing:
Walk me through the features you look to on a day-to-day basis
